Articles with added value
In addition to driving new business, the website re-design included a blog. This was intended to add value to existing customers by providing useful and resourceful content. We monitor industry specific blogs to keep up with any developments and, together with the team at K A Farr, create regular topical articles. As often as we can, we create content with ‘take away’ value. One example of such was a set of templates, for customer use, that the company distributed through the website.
Ongoing engagement
Regular campaigns that keep K A Farr’s customers in the know about developments from a TAX and accounting point of view are key to the company’s plan for engagement. The numbers of people that read and engage with the correspondance sent by K A Farr is, on average, greater than any of our other clients, large and small. This is due in no small part to the relevance of the campaigns alongside the quality of the email database, something we have been working to develop over a number of years working together.
