How it works

Our team of experienced marketers work closely with you not only to plan for success, but to actually put in the hard yards and action it.

You’ll have a dedicated account manager who will guide you through the process and keep you informed about what is working and where we can make improvements.

There’s no such thing as a formula for marketing (we’re not baking a cake). That being said, there are tried and tested ways to attract interest, leads and ultimately customers.

We’ll set up a meeting to find out all about your business and answer any questions you may have.

Once we have a good idea of what you’re looking to achieve, we’ll propose a plan of action.

Split into three-month, six-month and twelve-month agendas, we’ll prioritise the actions that are most likely to deliver the biggest change and give you a rundown of the longer term goals.

Armed with a solid plan of action, we’ll work closely with you in the formative months to make sure all communications meet with your expectations and do our level best to exceed them.

You will be given access to our collaboration software so you can keep a track of the progress and provide us with all the bits and pieces we need.

It’s a great way to make sure everyone involved is on the same page.

Each month, you will receive a run down that includes pertinent information on how your marketing efforts are being received. Of course, there’s detailed analytical data for those that want it, but more importantly, we’ll summarise it for you.

Whilst we’ll make sure to keep you in the loop throughout, following the initial three month period we’ll have the first of our quarterly in person (or video call) meetings.

You’ll be invited to provide us with feedback and we’ll cover the plan for the following period.

Once you have gotten used to the way we work and we have a firm grasp on your expectations, we’ll ask you to trust us more and more.

It’s not mandatory at all, but if you think your time can be better spent working on other aspects of your business, once we’re confident, we can act with a level of comfortable autonomy.

Successful business doesn’t stand still. Things change and you’ll need to roll with it to stay relevant. Similarly, we don’t rest on our laurels and, just because we have a plan, nothing is set in stone.

When you’re looking to make changes, we’d encourage you to involve us in the conversation. We’ll follow closely and, where feasible, make suggestions on how best to reflect the changes online. 

Our marketing efforts are primarily determined your capacity for investment.

You can be assured that, once you’ve seen the results, the opportunity to up the ante, move into new areas and increase visibility is almost always possible and we can almost certainly help.

An affordable solution

The way we see it is, if we’re doing our job and you’re achieving your goals, there’s no need for you to commit to a minimum contract.

All we’re selling is time. If yours is better spent running your business than swotting up on everything digital, we can help.

If it’s not working out for any reason, you can stop with one month’s notice. All we ask is that, before you take us up on our offer, you are willing to give it at least three months to see the value of our combined efforts.
